Willy, head chef and owner of the establishment. At only 24 years old, he is alone at the stove to make you discover his cuisine that he wants to be modern and gourmet. Trained in the most beautiful establishments with great chefs like Laurent Bouthenet at the Restaurant du château in Saint Sernin du Bois, Yohann Chapuis at the Greuze restaurant in Tournus, Eric Pras from Lameloise in Chagny, and finally alongside chef Jéremie Muller at the Domaine de Rymska.

Edwin, the dining room manager and owner of the establishment, is the chef's right-hand man, also trained at Domaine de Rymska in Saint Jean de Trézy, and will be there to welcome you, orchestrate and make you spend a friendly moment. His smile and his attention to detail will make you experience a gourmet interlude.
